River management is a water conservancy project that benefits the country and the people. The main measure is to use mechanical equipment to clean up the silt deposited at the bottom of the river. With less silt in the river, it will circulate better. At the same time, it also takes away the garbage deposited at the bottom of the river and improves the river environment. However, the silt generated will cause a lot of trouble during transportation and stacking.
The dredging work of the Weihe River section in Henan is progressing smoothly, which is inseparable from the cooperation of our Hesaide. As a local industry in Henan, it is natural to contribute to the construction of a beautiful Henan. After surveying the terrain, Hesaide staff chose a combination of a vehicle-mounted variable chamber diaphragm filter press and a belt conveyor. The variable chamber diaphragm filter press technology directly dehydrates the channel sludge with a moisture content of 98-90% to a moisture content of less than 60%. The purpose of the vehicle is also very clear, which is to facilitate adjustment in accordance with the changes in the dredging area. The filter cake formed after the sludge passes through the filter press is directly transferred to the transport vehicle through the belt conveyor, which directly saves the original loading steps. The sludge no longer needs to be piled up and air-dried, saving a lot of time and yard. Moreover, compared with natural air drying, the effect of using a filter press is still relatively obvious, reducing a lot of transportation costs.
