Hydraulic oil should be HM46 or HM68, and must be kept clean. The hydraulic oil should be replaced once a new machine runs for a week. When changing the oil, the used hydraulic oil in the oil tank and the oil cylinder should be drained and the oil tank should be cleaned. Continue to use it for one month and then replace it once every six months. This can ensure the normal use of the filter plate of the chamber filter press.
4. The maintenance of the hydraulic system mainly involves checking the maintenance of the hydraulic components and the sealing of each interface to maintain its normal operation. When the oil temperature of the hydraulic system is lower than 10℃, the heater can be used to increase the oil temperature.
5. Since the hydraulic station in the hydraulic system is a closed space, the hydraulic oil will become less and less after long-term use. When the hydraulic oil is low, the oil pump will run idle, which may burn the motor and damage the hydraulic system. Therefore, the hydraulic system should be replenished and replaced regularly, and the oil filter should be cleaned to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic system.
6. For the electronic control system, insulation inspection should be carried out to ensure good insulation. If the accuracy of the electrical components is found to be poor, they should be repaired in time.
7. For the sealing of the filter plate, it should be kept clean and tidy. When pressing, the filter cloth should be checked to ensure that it is not folded, damaged, or slag-included, so that it is flat and intact to ensure the filtering effect; at the same time, the filter cloth should be rinsed frequently to ensure the filtering performance of the filter cloth. If it is not used for a long time, the filter plate should be cleaned and neatly arranged on the rack of the filter plate of the chamber filter press, and pressed with a pressure of 1 to 5MPa. The filter cloth should be dried after cleaning; the exposed part of the piston rod and the integrated block should be coated with butter.
8. Check the equipment during operation. During the operation of the chamber filter press, check the operating status of each link of the machine in time to see if the parts are damaged. If any abnormality is found, notify the maintenance personnel to conduct investigation and repair.
9. Regularly inject grease into the bearing, spray oil on the transmission chain and equipment track, and remove dirt.
10. Use the equipment correctly, especially do not open the chamber filter press filter plate on an empty stomach, otherwise the filter plate is easy to deform, damage, or even paralyzed.
11. When the cross beam of the filter plate of the chamber filter press undergoes “elastic deformation”: arrange the filter plates in the direction of the inner arc of the deformed beam, and they can be “reset” after being pressed; if conditions permit, lift the single head of the filter press and put it in the right position; if plastic deformation occurs, it is necessary to use “external force” to correct it (jack, etc.). When the new filter cloth is replaced, there will be leakage due to the capillary pores. The solution is to adjust the feed pressure and use the reflux pipe to relieve the pressure. When the slurry is filled, the normal pressure can be restored; or the filter cloth sealing surface can be coated with filter cake to reduce leakage; for materials with fast dehydration, the gradual feeding method can be used to feed the material to avoid the slurry being blocked before it can be delivered to the head: close the several filter chamber outlet valves at the end of the pressing plate, open the others, and when the material is delivered to the head, gradually open the other valves until all are opened!
12. If it is not used for a long time, the filter plate should be cleaned and neatly arranged on the rack of the filter plate of the chamber filter press, and compressed with a pressure of 1 to 5MPa. After cleaning the filter cloth, dry it in the sun; the exposed part of the piston rod and the integrated block should be coated with butter.
